I love the concept of this program and I am so happy I have the opportunity to learn more! The Wednesday live trainings are amazing and I am learning a lot. My experience as a newbie has been a learning curve as I was hoping to get a “Start here” training overview and perhaps a “Basics” training. I went for my first deal just days after purchasing the program only to learn that I should not have referred a credit challenged candidate for a fix and flip no matter how great the deal was. It really demotivated me from wanting to try again without really knowing everything before referring a funding client. I’m taking my time to review all of the trainings and I do feel encouraged to reach out to the staff with any of my questions so I’m going to try again soon. I’m really eager to land my first deal and keep them coming! So grateful for this program!

So I think the goal behind the Broker program is solid however I would’ve like to see courses or even PDF files that really break down each product type. I think that the marketing material in the marketing section does need some work. The videos are OK I think about the flow of the videos could be a little bit better I think saving the Q&A til the end of the video just to get through the actual Content would be better than to be constantly stopping to answering questions. Also, I noticed that a lot of people ask questions in school and they’re not answered.

I am learning so much, truly grateful for the BGIRE and Clear to Close Capital platform. Ready to get out there and close some deals!!
