Turn Relationships Into Opportunities

You may already know people who need capital.

A Shopify store owner may need funding for inventory, advertising, staffing, or expansion.

A real estate investor may need financing for a fix-and-flip.

A landlord may be purchasing another rental property.

A contractor may need working capital.

A business owner may need a line of credit.

The Broker Program teaches you how to recognize those opportunities and understand what financing solutions may be available.

You Bring the Relationship. We Help With the Capital.

You are not expected to become an underwriter overnight.

Our goal is to help you become confident enough to have meaningful conversations about funding, identify strong opportunities, collect the correct documentation, and submit better deals.

You’ll learn the business one product, one client, and one transaction at a time.
